defect, you can request a return for inspection, repair, or replacement. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shipping costs for the initial shipment are the responsibility of the sender, unless otherwise communicated. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All returns must be authorized by Teknosign by assigning an RMA number, which must be clearly displayed on the packaging. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Return conditions and validation:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The RMA form must be filled out in its entirety and accompanied by a description of the defect and photos.<\/span><\/li><li>Products free from defects or with damage not covered by the warranty will be returned at the sender&#039;s expense, with a charge of \u20ac25.00 + VAT for the technical verification time.<\/li><li>Teknosign will return the product with the same equipment received at the time of return.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight:
