Thirty-two XLR and TRS connections accessible on the front
The PBA 32C features thirty-two Neutrik Combo connections on the front of the rack, which can be used with XLR or 6.35 mm TRS jacks, and on the rear the wiring is collected in four standard Tascam DB-25 connectors. The Combo format offers access to XLR and TRS on the same panel, useful in systems with a lot of I/O.
Passive bidirectional routing
Wiring is direct, passive and point-to-point and does not impose an electrical signal direction. The path between the Combo connections and the DB-25 connectors can therefore be used in either direction according to the system routing.
Four groups of eight channels
The four DB-25s correspond to the CH1-8, CH9-16, CH17-24 and CH25-32 groups, making it easier to identify the routes and keeping the multi-pole wiring on the back tidy.
Applications
The PBA 32C is suitable for multi-room studios, Live/FOH racks, post-production and systems with DB-25 interfaces, converters or mixers that require many XLR and TRS connections accessible from the front.
