Warranty
Teknosign guarantees its products in accordance with the law, specifically:
• For consumers, meaning those who purchase for purposes unrelated to their professional or business activities, Teknosign applies the Legislative Decree of February 2, 2002, No. 24 – Articles 1519-bis and following of the Civil Code (two years from delivery under legal conditions);
• For professional buyers, the legal guarantees as per Articles 1490 and following of the Civil Code apply (one year from delivery under legal conditions).
In any case, any contractual warranties provided directly by the manufacturer remain valid. By registering the product, you can benefit from a 5-year warranty extension.

• Collegamento o funzionamento del dispositivo in qualsiasi modo non conforme a regolamenti tecnici o di sicurezza applicabili nella nazione in cui il prodotto è utilizzato;
• Danni provocati da calamità naturali, e/o altre cause non imputabili a Teknosign.

Returns Policy
For credit:
Returns can only be made in cases of discrepancies between the ordered products and the received items (with shipping costs covered by Teknosign). Returns must be authorized in writing by Teknosign.
Return requests should be directed to assistenza@teknosign.it
Products returned in a condition different from the original (including product state, packaging, and included accessories) will not be credited and will be returned to the sender at their own expense.
Unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender at their own expense.
For repair or replacement:
Returns for repair or replacement can only be made in cases of objective and proven defects in the product (with shipping costs borne by the sender). If a defect is suspected and verification is necessary, the return should be agreed upon with Teknosign following proper checks via Teknosign's Technical Support. In both cases, the return must be authorized by Teknosign by assigning the customer a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly visible on the packaging of the returned product. RMA requests should be sent to assistenza@teknosign.it. The RMA request must be accompanied by the following data:
- Product model
- Serial number
- Detailed description of the defect or issue encountered. The returned product must include: A copy of the purchase invoice (if validating the one-year legal warranty under articles 1490 et seq. of the Civil Code - see above) or a copy of the receipt (if validating the two-year warranty under Legislative Decree No. 24/2002, art. 1519-bis - see above).
Returned products will be returned with the same items and accessories as received at the time of the return. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender at their own expense. Products returned without defects will be returned to the sender at their own expense, with a charge of €25.00 + VAT for the time spent handling the return.
Teknosign reserves the right to modify the conditions above at any time without prior notice.
