Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)
This section is reserved exclusively for authorized Teknosign resellers and partners. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), complete the form below following the instructions for your return type. Requests from unauthorized or private users will not be considered.
RMA for credit
Return for credit
If you received products other than those ordered, you can request a return with a credit for the costs (including shipping). Before proceeding, the request must be authorized by Teknosign by completing the RMA form at the bottom of this page. Conditions for accepting returns with credit:
- The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered (original packaging, accessories and documentation included).
- Damaged, incomplete, or improperly packaged products will not be credited and will be returned at the sender's expense.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned with shipping costs charged.
Procedure:
- Please complete the RMA form below with all the required information and attach any photos.
- After verification, you will receive an authorization number and shipping instructions via email.
- Once the product has been received and its conformity verified, Teknosign will credit the amount due.
Teknosign reserves the right to modify the return conditions with credit at any time.
RMA for repair and replacement
Return for repair or replacement
If the product has an objective or presumed defect, you can request a return for inspection, repair, or replacement. Shipping costs for the initial shipment are the responsibility of the sender, unless otherwise communicated. All returns must be authorized by Teknosign by assigning an RMA number, which must be clearly displayed on the packaging. Return conditions and validation:
- The RMA form must be filled out in its entirety and accompanied by a description of the defect and photos.
- Products free from defects or with damage not covered by the warranty will be returned at the sender's expense, with a charge of €25.00 + VAT for the technical verification time.
- Teknosign will return the product with the same equipment received at the time of return.
Procedure:
- Please fill out the RMA form below with your product information and a detailed description of the problem.
- You will receive the RMA number and shipping instructions by email.
- Ship the product with the RMA label visible on the packaging.
- After repair or replacement, Teknosign will arrange for the return of the product.
Teknosign reserves the right to modify these conditions without notice.
