Two channels, precise control for tracking

DSMP is the dual-channel microphone preamplifier in the Box Line Double range, designed for studios and project studios working with microphone pairs, stereo recording, dual-mono setups or two sources at the same time, with precise and easily recallable gain settings.

Precise gain and easy recall

Its transformerless solid-state signal path uses a proprietary gain circuit. On each channel, stepped Gross and Fine Gain controls let you reach the required level quickly and refine it in 1 dB increments, making level matching between the two channels and session recall straightforward.

Essential controls on both channels

Each channel provides 48 V DC phantom power at 10 mA, an 80 Hz Low Cut, a 10 kHz High Cut, Output Phase 0°/180° and a dedicated VU meter. These controls provide practical signal management directly at the recording stage while keeping the workflow fast and easy to read.

Applications

DSMP is primarily designed for recording applications: vocals and acoustic instruments, stereo overheads and rooms, piano, ensembles and other situations where two consistent, controllable channels are required.
